Re-elect Andrew Miller for Skagit PUD Commissioner
Andrew built his career leading in complex, high-stakes environments. During his service in the U.S. Air Force, he served as a combat aircrew member and later as a cyber warfare, intelligence, and Latin America Foreign Area Officer. In the private sector, he led global teams and helped shape strategy at three Fortune 100 companies before returning to the Skagit Valley to raise his family and put that experience to work closer to home.
Andrew’s education spans law, business, organizational leadership, and national security. He holds a law degree from Seattle University, an MBA from Pacific Lutheran University, and master’s degrees from Gonzaga University and the Naval Postgraduate School’s Center for Homeland Defense and Security. He also speaks Spanish and Portuguese.
Andrew is seeking re-election to continue providing steady, experienced leadership at Skagit PUD—protecting reliable service, promoting responsible stewardship, and keeping the interests of Skagit County residents at the center of every decision.
