The Race is Won Person by Person
Low-turnout local elections are decided by direct voter contact — conversations where you are, calls to neighbors, and yard signs that signal community support. There are several concrete ways to help:
Make Calls Phone banking from home is one of the highest-impact things a volunteer can do. We'll connect you with the tools and talking points you need.
Host a Yard Sign Visible support matters in a low-information race. Request a yard sign and help us build presence across the district.
Spread the Word Share Andrew's record with your neighbors, on social media, or at community events. Personal endorsements carry more weight than any advertisement.
Stay Connected Sign up for campaign updates and we'll keep you informed about events, volunteer opportunities, and ways to help as Election Day approaches.

Every Dollar Goes to Work.
Local utility races don't make the front page — which means voters often make their decision with limited information. Reaching them requires resources: direct mail, targeted digital outreach, and the field operation to make real voter contact possible.
Andrew is running a disciplined, efficient campaign — but a winning campaign requires the ability to communicate its message district-wide. Your contribution makes that possible.
Every dollar goes directly toward reaching Skagit County voters with a clear message: affordable water, resilient infrastructure, and sustainable management of the resource our county depends on most.
Contribution amounts: $25 — Covers direct mail to a household $50 — Funds an hour of voter outreach $100 — Supports a day of field canvassing $250 — Helps reach an entire precinct Other amount
Fine print line: Contributions are not tax-deductible. Paid for by Re-elect Andrew Miller, Skagit PUD Commissioner.
